Brad Wilkins has been the President and General Manager of Pride Grain since its inception in 2000. Brad was born in Bassett, NE and grew up on a farm and ranch operation north of Ainsworth. After graduating from Ainsworth High School in 1985, he graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a degree in Agricultural Honors. Following graduation he was employed by ConAgra and served in various capacities in the Flour Milling and Specialty Grain Companies. He gained flour milling experience working in Omaha, NE and Hastings, MN. His merchandising experience was gained as a member of the Minneapolis Grain Exchange in Minneapolis, MN. Sales, marketing and logistics experience was gained while working in the Durum and Oat Milling groups.

Brad and his wife Wendy have four children. Two attend the University of Nebraska and two attend Ainsworth Community Schools. He is actively involved in the community serving on the school board and as a director for the Teammates Mentoring program. Brad and Wendy are also involved in ministry at the Ainsworth E-Free Church. He maintains a small cattle herd, grows corn and soybeans and helps his kids with their FFA projects in addition to his responsibilities at Pride Grain. Brad says, “We returned to this area to raise our family. It has been a wonderful place to grow. I am thankful for the great customers, employees and friends that we’ve made here.”
